Local Audit Workforce Strategy

Working with audit firms, the FRC is developing a workforce strategy for local audit to support a resilient, motivated and high-performing workforce for the local audit sector. The strategy will set out recommendations to support increasing capacity and capability in the workforce and ways that system partners can work together to promote local audit as a prestigious and attractive profession.

The FRC reports regularly on the progress in developing this strategy to the Local Audit Liaison Committee.
