Investigation regarding the audit of Liberty Commodities Limited by HW Fisher LLP

The Financial Reporting Council (“FRC”) has commenced an investigation in relation to the audit conducted by HW Fisher LLP of the financial statements of Liberty Commodities Limited for the year ended 31 March 2020.
The decision was made at a meeting of the FRC’s Conduct Committee on 25 January 2022.
The investigation will be conducted by the FRC’s Enforcement Division under the Audit Enforcement Procedure.
