Following the previous announcement on 12 October 2023 of the enforcement action taken relating to KPMG’s audits of Carillion plc, the FRC has today published the two full Final Settlement Decision Notices.
This is the final stage of the publication process.
Read the first Final Settlement Decision Notice (Decision 1) which relates to the statutory audit of the financial statements of Carillion for the financial years ended 31 December 2014, 2015, and 2016.
Read the second Final Settlement Decision Notice (Decision 2) which relates to the statutory audit of certain transactions relating to the financial statements of Carillion for the financial year ended 31 December 2013.
