Angus Bogle has been appointed as Director of Investor Engagement.
Angus has a wealth of experience in financial markets, including 25 years in blue chip organisations on both buy and sell-side, including Citigroup Global Markets, Schroders and most recently as Head of Equities at Fidelity International in London.
Angus will report to the Executive Director, Strategy, Mridul Hegde and will have a reporting line to the Executive Director, Codes and Standards, Melanie McLaren, given his key role in facilitating Codes & Standards outreach to investors.
Angus will be involved in overseeing the FRC’s project to establish a clearer evidence base about the relationship between stewardship, corporate reporting and auditing, making clear the contribution that should be made in each part of the investment chain to stewardship.
He will join the FRC in early September.
