The Lab brings together companies and investors to support improvement and innovation in reporting.
Phil has been at the FRC since 2009. He led the FRC's project on improving the quality of reporting at smaller listed and AIM quoted companies.
Phil is a chartered accountant and, prior to joining the FRC, was a training consultant which included helping companies with their corporate reporting requirements.
The FRC has also appointed Jennifer Sisson as Senior Investor Engagement Manager to facilitate the regulator’s outreach among investors, develop policies to support its mission to foster investment, and reflect investor and other stakeholder views in its work.
She will join the FRC on 27 March from PwC where she is a Senior Manager for Investor Engagement.
