The UK Corporate Governance Code encourages board diversity and reporting. A diverse workforce contributes to more integrity in business and the long-term success of a company which in turn leads to sustainable growth in the UK economy. As part of our review of the Code we will be consulting on strengthening the diversity principles and provisions."
