Global Preparers Forum – call for new members

The Global Preparers Forum (GPF) is seeking new members from 1 March 2020.
The GPF is an independent body, consisting of members with considerable practical experience of financial reporting, with the specific aim to provide the International Accounting Standards Board with regular input from the international community of preparers of financial statements.
GPF members are drawn from a variety of industries and geographical backgrounds. The GPF Nominations Committee is particularly interested in hearing from candidates based in Africa, Asia-Oceania and Europe, but welcomes candidates from all around the world, and with experience in the technology and retail sectors.
Members are selected on the merits of their professional competence, active practical experience (including responsibility for IFRS policy and/or external IFRS reporting), and knowledge of IFRS developments.
