Update: Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing of the Formal Complaint against KPMG and others

The Disciplinary Tribunal Hearing of the Formal Complaint against KPMG and others, which started on 10 January 2022 via remote proceedings, will take place in-person from Monday, 17th January 2022.
The hearing will take place at the International Dispute Resolution Centre at 1 Paternoster Lane, London EC4M 7BQ.
The Tribunal’s ability to continue with in-person proceedings will be kept under review so individuals interested in following proceedings should continue to monitor this webpage for any changes to the planned proceedings.
Limitations of space may lead to restrictions on numbers attending in person. In-person attendees are admitted on a first come first basis and limited to 8 people.
The Tribunal requests that any person planning to attend the Hearing in person take a daily lateral flow test, in addition to complying with the IDRC’s own requirements. .
Members of the public who wish to attend the hearing in person or to be given remote access to the hearing should apply by email to Jessie Liu of the International Dispute Resolution Centre at [email protected] .
Upon application for the link for virtual remote access, applicants will be required to provide a written undertaking (1) not to make any video or audio copy of any part of the proceedings and (2) not to copy or to pass to any other person the internet link to the proceedings.
