Investigation regarding an audit by Maclntyre Hudson LLP

The Financial Reporting Council (“FRC”) has commenced an investigation in relation to the audit conducted by Maclntyre Hudson LLP of the financial statements of a Public Interest Entity (as defined in the Audit Enforcement Procedure) for the year ended 31 December 2022.
The decision was made at a meeting of the FRC’s Conduct Committee on 19 March 2024.
The investigation will be conducted by the FRC’s Enforcement Division under the Audit Enforcement Procedure.
