FRC introduces quarterly consultation schedule

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has today announced the introduction of a quarterly consultation release schedule. This schedule is intended to deliver greater consistency and provide clarity for stakeholders – enabling them to anticipate, prepare for and respond to regulatory developments from the FRC.
Under the new release schedule, FRC consultations will be published once per quarter commencing in May 2025, with releases also planned for July 2025 and October 2025.
In subsequent years, the FRC will publish its consultations at the following quarterly intervals:
- January
- March
- July
- October
